Due to nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds or money back for any of our domestic cleaning services.

Since, the domestic cleaning service we provide is dealing with human beings and not with goods, there are no exceptions or refunds.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our cleaning service, which is why we require the client to inspect the work immediately after it is been completed and if unsatisfied with anything, to draw to the attention of the cleaner.

In a case where the client is unable to return, the company reserves the right to refuse any claims or request made by the client. We at MillaG5 cleaning agency are happy to return the cleaners to re do the job to your full satisfactions free of charge.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our guarantee and refund policy.

Refund will be provided at discretion of the Manager.
