I am happy to give you some feedback to the following questions. Our domestic cleaner has always been punctual. She consistently cleans the house to a very high standard. Agreed timescales have been met, and the agency has been very helpful in offering to arrange another cleaner when my regular cleaner has been on holiday. Administration standards have been good. When I have phoned up with enquiries about invoices, the staff I have spoken with on the phone have always been very friendly and helpful. Overall I have been very happy with the service. Our domestic cleaner has done a very good job, is very reliable, and something that is particularly important to us - she is very good with our dog! When I have spoken to staff at the agency they have also been very friendly and helpful. I have already recommended your company to two friends, and will be happy to continue to recommend you. Yes, my domestic cleaning standards are always met. I do not require any other services from your Cleaning Company at the moment. I am satisfied with your standards of administration and you have provided me with a good service. – James Pepper

I am satisfied with your cleaning service and at the moment do not require any further services, although I may do in the future, particularly window cleaning. I particularly like the fact that you provide training to cleaners before they start. I liked Tatyana's niece who worked here when Tatyana was away but I would not like a substitute cleaner unless I had met them beforehand. This is because I am normally at work and need to trust the person who works here. I am happy with Tatyana who is very reliable and a good cleaner. - Elaine Rassaby

I assume your staff is punctual, I leave for work in the morning so do not know what time she arrives but she has never let us down. Very good standard of home cleaning. It’s always nice to come home to a tidy home .Velka does a great job and is very trustworthy. I am satisfied with your standards of administration. Very good, very helpful. Always pleasant, friendly person on the end of the phone willing to help. You were very helpful when I requested a home cleaner for Thursdays rather than Tuesday...you did all you could and managed to fit us in on Thursday's.

Nevin is punctual, but it would not really bother us if she wasn't because we are both usually at work when she comes around. She lets us know if ever she wants to switch days, which is also fine. Cleaning standards are excellent. Nevin is the best home cleaner we have ever had. Agreed timescales are met. I may require some ironing services from you in the future, but not just yet. I believe you do 'after party cleaning services' which we are likely to use within the next year. Yes, we are satisfied with the administration side of things- very efficient. I like the way you are contactable by email and prompt to respond, and you also send a paper copy of the invoice for our records. You provide an excellent home cleaning service to us. YES, our home cleaner Veska has been great - always on time or even early with a smile on her face. She has been amazing - when I get home after she has been, the tissues are always fluffed up and the toilet roll folded like in a hotel! When I ask her to do one off tasks (e.g. clean a cupboard) it is never a problem and she always does it with an amazing professionalism. We are totally happy with Veska - she has been a blessing! - LJ Weber
